"Expertise, Integrity, and Hard Work"

Hi Leslie,

I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know how much I appreciate all your hard work for me on the purchase of my new home. I’ve dealt with a number of real estate agents over the past 30 years and none of them hold a candle to you in terms of expertise, integrity, and hard work.

You spent time with me initially to understand intimately what I was looking for in a new home. Your knowledge of Silicon Valley real estate aided me in honing my selection criteria by helping me understand issues such as schools and area home values and their potential effect on the resale of my home.

You operated with the utmost integrity throughout the process, making sure that all issues were addressed. You insisted that all inspections be made and, more importantly, reviewed. You helped me evaluate the pros and cons of each property. You never pushed me to purchase any particular property but fought hard for me when I did find a property of interest. You heartily supported my selection while making sure I understood all the reports and possible downsides to the selection. This process was very efficient, allowing me to see and evaluate multiple properties quickly. Another thing I really appreciated was that you never presented me with properties that didn’t pretty much meet all my criteria.

Finally, you worked with me to make an appropriate offer, working through a number of scenarios with me. Once I made an offer and started on the path to purchasing the house, you were tenacious in presenting my offer and assuring it was viewed in the most positive light by the sellers. It is clear to me that had I attempted this transaction on my own or even with a reasonably competent agent, I would likely have not successfully gained ownership of my new home.

Thanks again for all your hard work! I have recommended you to all my friends who are seeking real estate expertise; those who’ve been able to work with you are still thanking me. Please feel free to use this testimonial as a reference in your work.
